We do it differently ... again
Further to earlier recognition by Queensland's Industrial Commission, APSA was again recognised for its ongoing cooperative, consultative approach to workplace relations during the federal Award Modernisation process.
The (then Deputy) Prime Minister, The Hon Julia Gillard MP, in a letter stated that we were ". . . to be commended for working together to develop a consent award. Your contribution has helped the (federal Industrial) Commission to realise its aim . . .".
The 'working together' referred to above was a national working party which bore fruit in the 'consent' Real Estate Industry Award 2010.
