APSA NSW Branch
The NSW Branch of APSA was originally the Real Estate Association of NSW (REA NSW), which was a state-, and then federally-, registered trade union. The state REA NSW first became registered as an organisation of employees in 1964, and since that time has continued to assist members with a variety of employment issues.
Some of the issues REA NSW has assisted and helped members resolve are:
- Assisting with contracts of employment/employment agreements
- Representing members either by negotiating with the employer or attending court to obtain unpaid wages, holiday pay & commissions
- Advice on employment & professional issues
- Negotiating award & employment conditions with peak employer bodies
Over the past few years REA NSW has recovered over $150,000.00 in unpaid monies for its members.
